Nieresh Jeyarajakumar
Principal Reliability Engineer
First trained in 2012, Nieresh has been using the Apollo Root Cause Analysis™ methodology for over a decade. As our principal reliability engineer, he has a keen interest in empowering individuals to tackle complex issues.
His invaluable contributions to the mining industry using Apollo RCA, particularly on truck and shovel fleet failures carry an average cost savings of over $425k per solution implemented.
His work experience spans OEMs like P&H, Joy, and Komatsu to major mining companies like Glencore, covering surface and underground mines across iron ore, coal, and hard rock.
Luke Bayly
Senior Reliability Engineer
With a decade of experience in Apollo Root Cause Analysis, our senior reliability engineer uses it regularly to tackle complex maintenance problems.
One of Luke’s major wins using Apollo RCA is significantly reducing downtime and maintenance costs of major water pumps in SA. His application of Apollo RCA predominantly revolves around mobile mining equipment, working with a diverse range of mining companies to reduce downtime and develop maintenance optimisation strategies.
He firmly believes that ARCA is not just about finding root causes but identifying the most effective solutions, supporting his passion for continuous improvement.
