Nieresh Jeyarajakumar Joins Holistic Asset Management
Holistic Asset Management (HolisticAM) is happy to welcome Nieresh Jeyarajakumar to our team as a Senior Reliability Engineering. Nieresh will work with various clients to provide support, advice and technical solutions on different projects in maximising the utilisation of the assets through safe, cost-effective and reliable equipment.
Nieresh is passionate about solving problems because at its core, engineering is about finding a solution to a problem. Nieresh has spent most of his career in surface and underground mining, with a large mining companies and with OEMs. Nieresh approaches problems holistically to understand the root cause of the problem and addressing the problem as a whole. Nieresh has led teams and mentored engineers with this approach in mind. Nieresh is motivated knowing that he has helped make a difference to customers and added value to their operations.
I am a visual person. I visualize how individual components work together in my mind. I have been very fortunate in my career to see large mining machines built and overhauled.
