  • Identifying causal relationships that traditional methods miss

Session 3: Solutions, Reporting, and Facilitation Practice

  • Identifying effective solutions that address root causes, not symptoms
  • Evaluating solutions against feasibility and effectiveness criteria
  • Corrective action planning and stakeholder reporting in RC Pro
  • Mock facilitation: participants lead a structured investigation

Is the online certification the same as in-person?
Yes. The certification is identical. Online and on-site participants receive the same accredited Apollo RCA Facilitator certification from HolisticAM. There is no difference in qualification or recognition.
What technology do I need?
A computer with a stable internet connection, a webcam, and Zoom. RC Pro runs on Windows. Mac users can run it via a virtual machine or Boot Camp. Your instructor provides setup guidance before the first session.
Can we schedule sessions on non-consecutive days?
Yes. Many teams spread sessions across a week or fortnight. This gives participants time to review material and start applying concepts between sessions. Your instructor will work with you on scheduling.
How many people can participate?
Private courses accommodate teams of any practical size, though groups of 6 to 15 work best for interactive exercises. Public courses have fixed capacity and are booked first-come.
Do participants need prior RCA experience?
No. The course starts from first principles. It is designed for reliability engineers, maintenance managers, HSE professionals, operations leaders, and asset managers at any experience level.
