What is the difference between the Practitioner and Facilitator certificates?
The Practitioner certificate confirms you understand the Apollo RCA methodology and can participate in investigations. The Facilitator certificate confirms you can lead and facilitate Apollo RCA investigations independently. The Facilitator package includes 4 hours of instructor-led virtual training and software exercises that the Practitioner package does not.
Do I need RC Pro software to complete the training?
RC Pro software is recommended to apply the skills learned during training. It is the industry-standard tool for building RealityCharts (cause-and-effect diagrams). RC Pro is included in the Practitioner and Facilitator packages. If you purchase RC Coach on its own, you will need to purchase an RC Pro licence separately to practise building RealityCharts.
Are prices in Australian dollars?
Yes. All prices on this page are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include 10% GST. The GST-exclusive amount is shown on each card. Tax invoices are provided on all purchases. HolisticAM’s ABN is 79 618 390 012.
Can I purchase for multiple people?
Yes. For individual purchases, select the package and complete checkout. For teams of 3 or more, contact us for team pricing. For teams of 6 or more, on-site training at your facility is often more cost-effective and includes RC Pro software for all participants.
How do I renew my RC Pro software licence?
RC Pro licences are 12-month subscriptions. HolisticAM is the sole Australian and New Zealand reseller of RC Pro software. Contact us before your licence expires and we will arrange renewal with local support. Renewal pricing is the same as the annual licence fee.
What is RC Coach?
RC Coach is a self-paced online training course developed by Apollonian Publications. It covers the fundamentals of root cause analysis and the Apollo methodology through interactive activities, curated readings, and exercises. You have 6 months to complete the course at your own pace. Total training duration is approximately 4 hours.
Is the instructor-led training live or pre-recorded?
The instructor-led component in the Facilitator Advanced package is live virtual training delivered by a certified Apollo RCA instructor via Zoom. Sessions are 4 hours, scheduled at a time that suits your timezone. This is not pre-recorded content — you interact directly with the instructor, ask questions, and work through real examples.
Who delivers the training?
All instructor-led training is delivered by certified Apollo RCA instructors accredited by Apollonian Publications. HolisticAM’s instructors are practising reliability engineers with 20+ years of field experience across mining, manufacturing, oil and gas, and utilities. Self-paced RC Coach training is delivered online through the Apollonian Publications learning platform.
