Can you work around live production?
Yes. Everything we do is delivered on operating plants. Assessments, FMECA workshops and strategy reviews are scheduled around your production windows and shutdowns, not the other way around.
Our PMs came from the OEM manual. Why isn’t that enough?
OEM schedules assume the OEM’s environment. Washdown chemicals, humidity, temperature cycling and line-speed duty change how components fail, so a preventive maintenance program for a food or manufacturing plant has to start from your failure modes, not the manual’s assumptions.
What does the Reliability Assessment cost?
It’s a fixed fee, scoped to your plant size and asset count, and you’ll have the number in writing before we start. No open-ended consulting engagement.
Do you only work with large plants?
No. Our clients range from single-site food processors to national manufacturers. The service is built for operators without in-house reliability engineering, wherever you are in Australia or New Zealand.
